Stiletto heels provide a challenge for most women – as the sky high heels which are often at least four inches from the ground is often intimidating. These heels are seen as the epitome of sexiness and can be worn with a variety of outfits, from the little black dress and even worn to dress up classic dark wash skinny jeans. Stilettos are available in nearly every shoe collection from every designer and therefore learning to walk in the shoes is important – and can be as simple as learning to balance your weight through the shoe, from the back to the front.
For women that are unfamiliar with wearing high heels, especially stilettos, there is a completely different way of walking which must be learned in order to successfully be able to walk in stilettos. When it comes to most people that walk, there is an even amount of weight which is placed through the entire foot and through the heel. While walking in stilettos, there is often a higher amount of weight which is placed through the front of the foot. This is the imbalance which makes it hard for most women to walk in stilettos.
Practice is truly the only way to become able to walk in stilettos gracefully. Although any woman can walk in stilettos, learning to walk gracefully by learning to balance the weight through the ball of the foot is truly the only way that this can be achieved.
For the women that find walking in high heels and especially stilettos extremely uncomfortable, there are certain techniques, such as insoles which are placed through the shoe to create a more comfortable experience.
